MEET OUR  STAFF

Stephanie Moon (pictured right) was called by the congregation to serve as their Pastor in February of 2015. She is a graduate of Lexington Theological Seminary and has served churches in Georgia and Kentucky. She has recently received her Doctorate of Ministry at Lexington Theological Seminary. Prior to answering the call to full-time ministry, she was a music educator, a reading specialist for children with language-based learning disorders, and a part-time youth minister. She loves preaching and teaching the ancient texts for modern ears. Rev. Moon is especially passionate about the Christian’s call to justice in ministries of Creation care and equality of all peoples. She enjoys singing with the Lexington Singers and spending time with her family which consists of her loving husband, Steven; her daughter, Kendall “Chris,” and their two critters, Woody and Toby Teater. Reeca Dawes (pictured left) has served North Middletown Christian Church for sixteen years as its Administrative Assistant. Her cheery disposition greets visitors to the church office. Doug Price (pictured center) is our organist, choir director, and musical director. His talent is only outshined by his willingness to serve the church in many capacities, including Elder and Worship Team Chairperson. The musical selections he chooses for worship on Sunday mornings are a sermon unto themselves.

Karen Royse (pictured here) serves as our custodian. She keeps the church clean, beautiful,

and welcoming for our many events. She enjoys spending time on the farm with her horses

when she is not running after her two adorable grandsons.
